Regulation 7. - Problems and Complaints

b) Protocol for rural branch staff


 
  1.  Problems at the local level should be initially directed to the headquarters staff member responsible for the overall supervision of branch libraries.
  2. Problems not involving branch library employment issues can be redirected to the local library board or local municipality.
  3.  If the reported problems are not solvable through the two avenues mentioned above, the Regional Library Director will be approached for assistance in resolving the issues involved.
  4. The Director may be able to resolve the complaint/problem or may elect to take the complaint/problem forward to the Personnel Committee of the Board of the Chinook Regional Library.
