- Problems
at the local level should be initially directed to the headquarters
staff
member responsible for the overall supervision of branch libraries.
- Problems
not involving branch library employment issues can be redirected to the
local
library board or local municipality.
- If the
reported problems are not solvable through the two avenues mentioned
above, the
Regional Library Director will be approached for assistance in
resolving the
issues involved.
- The
Director may be able to resolve the complaint/problem or may elect to
take the
complaint/problem forward to the Personnel Committee of the Board of
the
Chinook Regional Library.
