General Overdrive Guidelines
-Install device (Sony, Kobo etc.) software on your computer. Data transfer mode may be required to acquire install files from device
-Update and activate device software (new device account may be required)
-Install adobe digital editions on your PC
-Create adobe id online
-Authorize computer
-Install overdrive media console on PC
-Install overdrive security update for windows media player. Overdrive media console>tools>Windows media player security upgrade
-Download books to adobe digital editions
-Transfer the books from adobe digital editions to device software *or* import your books into your device software from your adobe library
-Transfer books into your e-reader from the device software
